DESCRIPTION:POUR QUI ?\nUn « proche aidant » est celui qui accompagne de manière non professionnelle mais régulière et répétée\, une personne de son entourage (conjoint\, enfant\, parent\, frère/soeur\, ami) qui se trouve en situation de maladie\, de handicap\, de perte d’autonomie ou de difficulté. Ce soutien indispensable porte sur plusieurs aspects de la vie quotidienne. \n  \nQU’EST-CE QU’UN GROUPE DE PAROLE ?\nC’est la rencontre de personnes ayant un point commun\, ici\, celui de prendre soin et d’accompagner un proche de manière régulière. Le groupe de parole permet de sortir de chez soi\, de rencontrer d’autres personnes et de faire un pas de côté par rapport à sa propre situation.\nLe groupe fonctionne selon des règles partagées par tous à chaque séance : écoute\, respect\, bienveillance\, non jugement. Les discussions s’appuient sur un thème défini à l’avance et la circulation de la parole est garantie par les intervenants professionnels.\nLes séances incluent un temps de détente. \n \n
