DESCRIPTION:POUR QUI ?\nUn « proche aidant » est celui qui accompagne de manière non professionnelle mais régulière et répétée\, une personne de son entourage (conjoint\, enfant\, parent\, frère/soeur\, ami) qui se trouve en situation de maladie\, de handicap\, de perte d’autonomie ou de difficulté. Ce soutien indispensable porte sur plusieurs aspects de la vie quotidienne. \n  \nQU’EST-CE QU’UN ATELIER « GÉRER SON STRESS ET SES ÉMOTIONS » ?\nL’atelier a pour but d’offrir aux aidants une parenthèse réconfortante dans un quotidien souvent soutenu. Il est question à la fois de permettre le lâcher-prise\, mais également de transmettre des techniques simples que chacun pourra s’approprier et réutiliser seul. \n \n
